How can I exchange or return an item?
You can return or exchange an item within 30 days of receiving your order for a different size or for another item. Here, it applies that items must be returned in undamaged condition and in the original packaging.
- You can return the item with the supplied invoice.
- Indicate on the invoice.
- The number of.
- The reason.
- Whether you want to exchange or return (the return costs are for your own account).
- Your comment (for example, other size or reason for return).
- Place the item and the invoice in the box.
- Send the package sufficiently prepaid to the return address below.

After receiving your return shipment you will receive a confirmation by e-mail and we strive to ensure that the items are credited or exchanged within 48 hours and at the latest within 14 days.
The goods can only be returned in undamaged condition and original packaging, they must be in the same condition and may not be used or washed.
Unfortunately, mistakes cannot always be prevented. If you think something has gone wrong with the handling of your return, please contact our customer service via firstname.lastname@example.org.
When will I get my money refunded?
If you want to receive your purchase amount back, you can state this on the return form. The total amount will then be refunded to your bank within 48 hours but no later than within 14 days.
If you have paid by credit card, we will refund the amount per refund to your credit card account. How long it takes for the amount to be in your account again depends partly on the cooperation of the bank / credit card company and can therefore not be influenced entirely by us.
The wrong amount reimbursed to me
